Ann Parker Gottwald
Ann Parker Gottwald is the owner and operator of The Georges, an 18 room boutique inn in Lexington, Virginia. She is the founder of One Thing at a Time, a stationery and invitation business that she owned and operated for more than ten years. She is a native of Richmond, Va, and is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Active in community service her entire adult life, Ann Parker has been passionate about health and children’s issues. She has served on numerous nonprofit boards including St. Christopher’s School, The Sacred Heart Center, St. Mary’s Foundation, MCV/VCU Foundation, Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden, and the Children’s Hospital Junior Board. She has also served on the Massey Cancer Center Advisory Board and the Virginia Treatment Center for Children’s Healthy Minds Cabinet.
Ann Parker has been married for more than 30 years and has five sons, four daughters-in-law, and two grandchildren. She is a member of St. James’s Episcopal Church.
